iQ Smart Backup
The iQ Smart Backup is a unique network device that automates the backup of Toshiba
Strata® CTX/CIX telephone system configurations. In addition, the
iQ Smart Backup can backup directories from a Microsoft Windows®
based Voice Mail System.
Copies of the backup files are stored locally in the iQ Smart Backup Flash Drive
and can optionally be transmitted to an external FTP Server on or off site, or Network
Share directory.

- This device can back up multiple CTX/CIX systems that are networked together. Placed
anywhere within the network, the iQ Smart Backup will initiate the CTX/CIX backup
program and store a copy of the backup locally as well as externally
- Perfect for companies that have multiple systems and/or do multiple changes to their
system.
- Backup one or more shared directories for Voice Mail, ACD, MIS, etc
- Any folder that can be shared on the network can be copied and stored on the iQ
Smart Backup. The iQ Smart Backup can be set to copy multiple Shared Directories.
- Perfect for the Perfect Voice Pinnacle voice mail, ACD and MIS databases and reports,
Call Accounting and of course, Toshiba's ES and MAS systems.
- Transmit copies of backup files to an FTP Server or a Network Share Directory.
- Transmit copies of what is backed up off site to an external FTP or to a Network
Share that is tagged to be backed up by the customer's backup system.
- Copies of the backup are kept on the iQ Smart Backup's internal storage medium for
a quick and easy retrieval.
- Schedule daily or weekly backups.
- You may set the iQ Smart Backup to do Daily backups at a specified time or a Weekly
backup on a specified Day and Time.
- E-mail result of automatic backup for all backups or just failed backups only.
- The iQ Smart Backup can generate a backup report for every backup or just backups
that failed. This report can be sent to multiple email addresses.

- A high quality 4 GIG Smart Media card is used to store the backup files.
